• Energetic, ambitious sales professional
• Ideally from an associated market, i.e electrical, lighting, heating, construction
• Self starter who is able to work independently and take a proactive stance on learning and development
• A “hunter” who enjoys seeking out new business and building accounts
• Project experienced preference to be able to demand generate with specifiers
• A Sales professional focused on the selling of a service rather than a product – being able to differentiate themselves from other manufacturers and earning the trust of customers
• Commercially aware – intelligent enough to know when to back away from a project rather than just chasing everything.
• CRM & other computer software fluent
