Customs Broker

Our client is an established Freight Forwarding company, with over 35 years’ experience, providing supply chain solutions to top home grown and international brands. They are currently seeking an experienced Customs Broker to join their highly efficient team in Birmingham.

You will be required to ensure the customs process flows smoothly, ensure issues and requests are completed accordingly, providing clients with the best customer service. Understanding of VAT and Duty is key, as this diverse role also requires the completion and processing of relevant documentation, along with adaptable communication skills.

Our client prides themselves in their delivery of quality of service and is looking for someone who responds well to pressure, is able to prioritise and multi-task but who also does not lose sight of the client’s needs.
