Customer Support Specialist

We have been tasked by one of our clients, an Internationally renowned and pioneer in the HVACR Industry, to assist them in their search for a Customer Support Specialist.

They have respectfully earned their position at the fore front of the HVACR Industry, providing innovative and ingenious systems to both residential and commercial markets worldwide.

The ideal candidate would ideally have experience within an engineering led environment, enabling them to confidently support Contractors with product and account queries. You will be required to nurture new relationships but more importantly maintain these integral relations to ensure any issues or queries are effectively and efficiently resolved, upholding our client’s high standards of superior customer service.

Internal communication will also be a key focus in this essential role, ensuring all parts of your Contractor accounts are aligned but also highlighting new sales opportunities to the relevant sales department.

This role is available in Bristol, Manchester, and Scotland.
