To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter with a proven track record in specification sales and the enthusiasm and drive to consistently strive to exceed target. You should also have the ability to develop and sustain long term business relationships.

Ideally, you will have experience of selling to Architects, M&E Consultants, Local Authorities and other specifiers. Therefore an awareness and enthusiasm for selling via the specification route to market would be advantageous as well as experience or an understanding of conceptual selling.
