Weekend Air Import Consols Coordinator

Our client is a well-established multi-modal, supply chain and logistics company who have tasked us to help them in their search for a Weekend Air Import Consols Coordinator.

This role is based at their London Heathrow location, working 9am – 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday plus three days in the week. You will be organising all arrivals and collections, booking in Master and House airway bills and raising ETSF records, therefore you will need experience with using ASM or a similar software.

A minimum of at least 1 years’ experience is required within a Freight Forwarding role to ensure you can confidently liaise across departments and with brokers and consignees to ensure a smooth process for all inbound and outbound shipments.
