Our client is an ambitious, quickly-growing supplier of lighting, electrical and smart home products for the professional and consumer markets. They’ve had a meteoric rise over the last 3 years and are looking to continue with the strengthening of their brands with the acquisition of a Specification Key Account Manager to help them manage their increased demand from project customers.

The role will report to the newly promoted National Specification Manager who has built some solid foundations for the division and has now been rewarded with a promotion as a result of their success, endeavour and experience. This is the forming of a dynamic team of specification superstars that will be focused on delivering exceptional product solutions to consultants, contractors and developers.

You’ll be a relationship builder and be able to leverage existing relationships in the specification channels to deliver on sales targets and contribute towards the future success of the brand. In return, our client has created an environment that allows sales professionals to do what they do best without the constraints of micromanagement or unnecessarily complicated reporting. You’ll have free reign to target customers across the UK and build business in the way that you want and feel independence that many other companies don’t offer, whilst working with some of the best leaders in the industry.
