Regional Sales Manager – Specification Team

A leading lighting manufacturing client of ours is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for their Southern Specification team. With an existing team of 6 heads and room to further grow that team with additional heads that are niche specific, the successful candidate will have experience in managing and motivating sales teams as well as understanding commercial specification selling.

Candidates will ideally be based in the South East of England and have good access to M25 and London where 60% of the team is based from and have a great level of contacts in specification with consultants and contractors. Being a player / manager, you will also be able to negotiate at C Level with end users, and organise / negotiate framework agreements for single or multisite rollout projects.
