Perishable Service Delivery Operator


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

 Monitor and action generic shared email boxes and respond in a timely manner

 Creating daily chiller operation Build Sheets and instructions for Chiller staff

 Organising call off of Fish for next days’ despatch

 Utilising ProCarS to produce shipping documentation i.e. AWB

 Preparation of export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations

 Adherence to all relevant customs processes to ensure compliance – particular focus on goods received under T1 and transit requirements

 Managing customer requests and monitoring changes via Google Docs

 Adhering individual destination & country SOP requirements.

 Booking with carriers with guidance from the planner or sales.

 Cost control and file invoicing

 Resource management to ensure cost effectiveness use of trucks and temporary labour

 Action pending tray daily and manage jobs accordingly

 Daily ULD stock checks and follows up with daily collections on time in full.

 In case of incidents: Offering first class recovery service and communications internally or externally in a timely manner.

Customer Services

 Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external and internal customers / suppliers

 Support sales and CSM with customer visits as requested

 Adhering individual customer SOP with accurate preparations and executions.


 Ensure customer invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner


 Ad-Hoc mini projects would be required to assist continuous improvement of the business

 To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company

 Take reasonable care of your own and other people’s Health & Safety in the workplace

 Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your or anyone else’s Health & Safety at risk

 In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager

    To provide an efficient and proactive Export service to all customers, overseas and related service providers. All aspects of Export operations with exceptional customer service. Ensuring all necessary preparations are completed with high accuracy to allow smooth perishables cargo operations throughout the chain.
