Key Account Sales Coordinator

We have an exceptional new opportunity with a client of ours, a very well-respected manufacturer of specified lighting products & systems for the retail, logistics and industrial market sectors. They’re part of a collection of businesses with an established global reach and are the systems partner of choice for many blue-chip companies that have become established key accounts for the group.

As a result of quick growth in the UK, our client is now looking for a passionate account and sales coordinator to not share in the success of the brand – writing and telling the story of the brand to existing and future customers.

You will be part of the key account management team and actively participate in the growth of global key account clients and their company by managing all fundamentals of sales. From large-scale tenders and roll-out management to customer relationship management and order management, you’ll be responsible for bringing essential value to the customer, working directly in conjunction with Key Account Managers in the UK and internationally.

You’ll be responsible for leading and managing quotations and order processes, communicating realistic timelines to customers and ensuring they are met, preparing tenders for global projects and demand planning. This role will suit dedicated key account experts with a positive and open-minded personality who can work well under pressure.
