Import Customer Service Clerk


Having traded for over 40 years, our client has established their name as a prominent, credible, International company in Freight Forwarding due to their consistent delivery of quality customer service by evolving their services to meet the ever-changing needs within their market place.

This role is well suited to a candidate with strong IT skills and a basic knowledge of the Freight Industry. You will be mainly focused on shipments to and from the US, of varying goods, with 75% focused on Air and 25% on Ocean.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain valuable experience within the Freight Forwarding Industry, working within a small team of highly experienced influencers at London Heathrow.
