Head of Marketing and Communications

We’re acting as the retained search partners for an electrical accessory and lighting supplier in the recruitment of a Head of Marketing and Communications to take full responsibility for their established marketing division.

They’re owned by a lighting group that designs and sells professional lighting solutions globally and are supported by numerous subsidiaries. Their passion for lighting matches our clients culture superbly and is the perfect company to drive forward the continued growth of the brand here in the UK.

The successful candidate will take immediate responsibility for a well-established three-person team (graphic design & trade) and the creation and development of the marketing plan. You’ll get to work at senior management level with some of the best known leaders in the industry and support the delivery of company targets for three separate product brands that are sold through multiple sales channels.

You’ll challenge the industry with creative and strategic thinking, be happy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and have proven experience with B2B and B2C marketing, ideally with a keen focus on e-commerce and company digitalisation.
