Field Service Engineer

Our client has respectfully earned their position as a Global market leader in the HVAC industry, providing innovative  heating and cooling systems, ensuring they are delivering quality products and staying ahead of the ever changing market.

They are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Service Engineer to join their Regional Field Team to provide Technical Support for our client’s varied customers, in person at site visits but also troubleshooting over the phone, ensuring customers technical queries are resolved and systems are left safe and operational for the customer.

Our client prides themselves with the quality of service they provide their clients, therefore this role will be measured on quality of response, first time fix rate and call hit rate. The ideal candidate will be required to provide technical support for all products within our client’s wide ranging product portfolio, therefore a broad knowledge of our clients products is essential, in conjunction with the minimum required qualifications, NVQ Level 2 in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration and/or Heating & ventilation and F- Gas, enabling you to provide the correct, safe services required. This exciting role will be split between time at their Surrey HQ, but also attending site visits in and around London.
