Our client has consistently devised and produced emergency lighting and fire detection products for commercial and industrial use for over 90 years, securing themselves global recognition.

Based from their UK HQ, our client is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Team Leader for the production engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within an engineering role, coupled with strong people management skills, a background in manufacturing and a HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, enabling you to successfully and confidently manage the production engineering team, ensure procedures are adhered to and create / revise production processes for new and existing products.
