Our client are a very well structured supplier of lighting control solutions with excellent coverage of the UK and international markets. Boasting award winning products, they are a desired brand on many projects in central London and are looking for a candidate to strengthen their team.
Development of sales across all customer groups, promoting both the products / systems of the company as well as the service available. With main activities being generated through consultants, contractors, end users and developers, you’ll be experienced in building a project pipeline and successfully securing specifications at all stages from concept to completion of a design and install process.
Sales leads will be generated through verbal contact, construction and property literature, together with working with associated companies to gain leads and collaborative working. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with consultants and others to ensure the company gains specification in tender documentation, at which point you’ll review tenders and agree strategy with the Commercial Director for projects.
Other responsibilities include negotiate with successful contractors for orders, prepare monthly Sales forecasts, attend handover meetings; pre-sales and project hand-overs before visiting project close-outs.
