DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Target home owners, housing associations, facilities managers, contract managers & project specialists within the FM/Agent/End User space.
• Target home owners/housing associations
• Manage and network the supply chain of our current FM database, as well as creating relationships with a new agreed target list of clients
• Selling PPM service contracts, for all central plant/applied/CRAC products
• Selling PPM service contracts, for all other manufacturers central plant/applied/CRAC products
• Liaising with the other departments to initiate potential service revenues from their client base AC/Heating
• Chasing & securing service & maintenance renewal contracts
• Researching & coordinating new business initiatives
• Targeting equipment replacement programmes via historical product sales data
• Attend relevant industry networking events to expand your contact base
• Responding to and supporting the customer care group management team
• Develop alongside the national service sales manager any new business initiatives that may sit within the managed services sales strategy
• Someone who can self-generate meetings via the phone (cold calling in a targeted approach)
• Managing PQQ’s and Tender submissions
• The role will be varied and will need a structured and focused approach to be able to manage potential new business ventures whilst ensuring won contracts are handed over successfully to our service managers to run. Pipelines and targets will be set and reported on.
