We held our 2018 End of Year Awards at CB HQ recently.

The morning started off with speeches from each member of the team, where they told the team about their highlights and proudest moments from last year and we were so pleased with all the efforts made, especially from our trainees, some of whom had never stood up and spoken in front of that many people before.

This was followed by some well-deserved awards, hosted by a special guest, Tim Oliver – a brilliant David Brent / Ricky Gervais impersonator!  Winners were Daniel Smith, Henry James, John Wood and Sheldon Skeggs.

The remainder of the day consisted of an action packed afternoon at the legendary Crystal Maze in London, followed by dinner and darts at Flight Club in Shoreditch.

Our Group MD Ben Freeman had this to say… “This year has seen many records broken and some great milestones achieved both individually and as a collectively.  We are so very proud of our team, from the experienced Directors, through to our trainees, working hard to develop themselves into great future recruiters, despite the many hurdles to jump, in order to ‘make it’ in a very competitive and challenging industry.  I’ve never seen so many messages, from clients and candidates, praising our team for their efforts, which is especially pleasing, when you take into account how much negative press we see and hear about the recruitment industry.  Well done to all the team and here’s to a great 2018-19”
