Corrigan Bentley held their annual end of year awards at Lingfield Race course on Friday 12th May. It was a fantastic day and clear to see that everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The day started off with speeches from each member of the team, highlighting their most memorable moments from the last financial year. This was followed by some well-deserved awards.
‘Employee of the Quarter’ award was taken home for the second time this year by Ben Taylor from our Freight and Logistics team based in Hertfordshire. Ben has consistently worked hard throughout the year and continues to develop and strive towards higher goals.
The ‘Highest % against Target’ Award was won by Natalie Hughes, who achieved an impressive 181% of her yearly target. Natalie has been a dedicated member of the Lighting and Electrical Division for a number of years and always pushes herself to achieve more.
The ‘Top Biller’ award went to Freight and Logistics Divisional Director Daniel Smith, for the second year running. Dan had dominated the stats table from Quarter One, relentless his work ethic, wealth of knowledge and reputation within the industry, has assisted him in supporting his clients and candidates admirably again this year and receiving proportionate results.
The ‘MD’s Outstanding Contribution’ award was won by Lighting and Electricals Divisional Director, Mike Jones. Mike was made a Director and Shareholder at the beginning of the year and since then has continued to go above and beyond in so many different ways for the business. His dedication to supporting his clients, candidates, Corrigan Bentley and it’s people to be nothing but the very best, is the reason for him scooping this award for the second year running.
The rest of the day consisted of an amazing 3 course dinner in the glass walled Director’s suite overlooking the racecourse, along with some great wins and some not so great losses on the track.
