ROLE -
Proposals particularly commercial portion of bidding for all products AND packages
Develop a proposal plan and schedule for all activities related to the preparation of the proposal, including Screening (technical and scope) review, and finance risk (price) review
Responsible for preparing pre-qualification and proposal documents, coordinate with application engineer to package all documents together as clients requirements
Provide quick solution with the proposal for budgetary estimates, simple technical summary
Be responsible for conceptual proposal design including preparing AutoCAD drawings, preparation of design brief
Be responsible for project tracking, inquire to order (ITO) documentation etc
CANDIDATE -
HNC or above, Electrical Engineering or related majors preferred
At least 3 years commercial working experience
Understand commercial working process and project contact term
Familiar public/ negotiation bidding process, familiar with ITO (Inquire To Order) process
Have initiative, energetic, hard working competencies and strong team work spirit
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Visio etc
Good written and oral communications skills
SALARY - The salary for this role is reasonably flexible but likely to be around the £55,000 + Benefits mark. |

* Manages and reports all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection
* Develops, maintains, and manages the overall project schedule
* Directs and administers project-related activities so as to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within internal and external quality/specification requirements
* Facilitates and leads all project reporting and meetings
* Provides leadership to the project team
* Participates in the ITO proposal process when required
* Implements continuous improvement through Six Sigma quality.
CANDIDATE - You will have a sound Electrical background probably a degree in Electrical Engineering but not essential. with vast experience of running high value projects in subjects such as Power Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Power Generation, Lighting,Security (Access Control etc) etc etc. You will have vast knowledge of customer interface and making things happen.
SALARY - The salary for the role is fairly flexible however likely to be around £80,000 + benefits for the right person. A candidate with all skills and experience should not be put off if their salary requirements are higher as my client is flexible. |

Our client is a leading electrical Contractor based in the North London Area dealing with Commercial, Industrial and Domestic projects.
Role
You will be taking responsibility of estimating all electrical based enquires from schedule of rates to projects valued up to £500,000, liaison with sub-contractors, consultants, clients and project managers and visiting sites to survey and ascertain what materials are required to carry out a fully working installation.
Candidate
Experience in Installation and Maintenance through from Initial concept to Installation to Testing and Commissioning. Also a relevant electrical qualification is an advantage.

£35,000 - £45,000
