THE ROLE
The campaign manager focuses on generating the very best results for the search accounts they manage by providing a real insight into campaign performance and skilled campaign optimization. They also provide digital media planning and buying support to their team and assist with a number of key tasks such as results reporting and analysis, publisher research, and media schedules. They will report into an advertising group head and work alongside an account manager. In time, they will be expected to manage their own portfolio of clients and to train other members of the London team in search marketing campaign development and management. They will also be able to assist in preparatory work for new business pitches and presentations.
THE CANDIDATE
This is an ideal role for someone wanting to develop their skills in “paid for” search marketing on all the major providers including Google, MSN and Yahoo Search. If you are already working at a search provider and are looking to make the move to a full service agency this could be your next step. Full training and support will be given.
1. Keyword Generation
2. Completion of technical data sheets

6. Maintaining records of PPC providers and their syndicated networks
7. Producing handout of PPC providers and hosts for agency use

SALARY

THE ROLE
This is a new role within the agency and the successful applicant will report in to the head of client services. They will be client champion for both existing and potential clients of the agency, with responsibility for leading the development and growth of all agency client accounts.
• To get to know all senior client decision makers within existing accounts and build a strong working relationship with them.
• To have regular face to face meetings with all senior clients.
• To manage the agency’s four group heads, ensuring that they and their teams deliver their best work for their clients and the agency.
• To ensure that the agency teams understand exactly what the clients’ goals, objectives and targets are, making sure that the agency delivers against these.
• To lead client meetings and presentations when required.
• To lead the strategic development for each client account, working with the group heads.
• To oversee the media account teams in preparing creative briefs for internal/external creative work.
• To help our media and creative teams to prepare case studies and award entries.
• To support the media and creative teams in resolving difficult or challenging client situations so that our client retention levels remain high.
THE CANDIDATE
Existing Business
This individual will be tasked with building strong, long term relationships between the agency and all its clients. They will be expected to create an excellent working rapport with key client decision makers, to gain a greater understanding of their marketing goals, and to ensure that the agency delivers the very best strategic and campaign work to meet these.
They will also work across the media and creative teams to expand the range of services that existing clients buy from the agency, as well as leading pitches for new accounts. They will be expected to ensure that all the media, creative and web 2.0 work that my client delivers is forward thinking, and on brief.
New business
• To network on behalf of the agency at key events and marketing shows
• To work with the agency’s head of new business to keep agency credentials up to date, relevant and compelling.
• To take leads from my clients new business activities and run credentials meetings
• To lead agency pitches ensuring that each has a strong argument and clear strategic focus

THE ROLE – I.T Manager or I.T Support Tech 2nd or 3rd Line
Due to increased growth and a forthcoming Relocation from London to Berks in Spring 2008 my client is looking to recruit an experienced I.T Manager or an I.T Support Technician who has that little bit extra needed take a hands on the role of I.T Manager, you’ll be managing a small team of 3 to start, but you’ll be responsible for the growth of that team over the coming months.
THE CANDIDATE
Successful Support or I.T Manager applicants will need to possess the majority of the following ;
You’ll be an I.T Manager working in a small company or an Experienced Support Technician, Min 2nd line, but preferably 3rd line and you’ll either have management experience or show a strong desire to move into Management. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Manager should have the ability to explain technical concepts to non I.T personnel as well as having the ability to Train and Mentor Junior Staff. They should be persuasive, articulate and able to think on their feet under pressure.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

Need minimum MCP XP and 2003 (Will need to see transcripts)
Desktop/Laptops/Server support 1st-3rd Level

Supporting Dell Servers – Terminal Server, Domain Controller, NAS File Server, Firewall, Backup, Exchange 2003/2007 and SQL.
Maintaining Microsoft Licensing information

SALARY
