My client are a Design and Build Office Fit Out Contractor who offer a total solution to all internal finishes, culminating with a full fit out division. They are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager based in London. This is a senior role with specific and total responsibility for the complete management and on site construction of flagship projects.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working on projects up to £8m in value. Ideally you will have a degree in building or construction or an affiliated subject. A minimum of 5 years experience preferably within a main contracting environment is essential. This experience will include a mixture of trade contracting, new build and refurbishment. |
