My Client provides their clients with property and construction consultancy advice at all stages of the property life cycle throughout the Americas, Asia, EMEA and Oceania, with over 2000 people operating from more than 60 offices.
ROLE
My client is seeking a professional project manager to lead on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects.
The role will involve managing a range of projects across a number of industries including leisure and retail, including high specification public houses
The projects will mainly consist of new build and refurbishment of public houses to a value of c.£1.5m each with a portfolio of approximately 10 projects a year. The contract will be operated on a national framework agreement so national travel will be required although the majority of the site will be based around the Midlands area. Experience of managing similar projects is essential.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within a team and have complete autonomy on the projects they manage.
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and either have or be working towards a professional qualification although the ability to deliver complex projects is an important driving factor. Each candidate will of course have to be self motivated, articulate, a team player and above all have a sense of fun. |

They are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager based in London. This is a senior role with specific and total responsibility for the complete management and on site construction of flagship projects.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working on projects up to£8m in value. Ideally you will have a degree in building or construction or an affiliated subject. A minimum of 5 years experience preferably within a main contracting environment is essential. This experience will include a mixture of trade contracting, new build and refurbishment. |
