Working within our Executive, Freight or Commercial Aircraft Department, you will be responsible for providing a highly specialised service locating and arranging aircraft and freight charter on behalf of our high profile client portfolio. You will also be responsible for maintaining and building our client database, working alongside our sales and marketing.
You will have experience working with an aviation broker with excellent communication and people skills and the ability to develop relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers be highly motivated and target driven, outgoing and adaptable.

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a flight planner in an airline operations environment and have a good knowledge of flight planning systems and European and North American airfields and their IATA and ICAO airfield codes. Knowledge and understanding of airline operational procedures, airways charts, weather and NOTAMS will be required. Foreign languages are an advantage (especially French and Spanish)

Managing the set up of each flight through to flight planning and flight watching the right candidate will manage all aspects of each flight sector from confirmed order through to arrival and disembarkation plus the handling of crew rostering and overnight accommodation of crews.
We are seeking experienced aviation people with good operations experience who also have the capability of speaking to customers and who can work well within a busy environment, maintaining attention to detail and operating very much as a team player.
You will need to be flexible and committed as the role can be demanding, shift patterns will apply as is the norm in aviation.

Key responsibilities will include Monitoring target and service levels, Developing and coaching a team of call handlers, administering strategic analysis and reporting and working with their team to ensure high levels of morale and motivation resulting in the achievement of quality targets
