This incorporates providing both a full range of operational Human Resources support as well as strategic advice to their client group partners on people related issues and identifying and developing solutions in partnership that help them achieve their departmental, and the wider business, objectives.
In addition, the role has a functional specialism that covers all employees / client groups in the UK and Ireland. |

My client has a requirement to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Improvement Manager to be based at the company's head office.
Reporting to the HRD, the HR Business Improvement Manager will be responsible for managing and prioritising the continuous improvement of HR initiatives and processes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer relationship and project management,Preferably CIPD qualified or significant HR experience, with a good awareness of employment law, applicants will have experience of programme management approaches to improve efficiency, process, quality and performance and also experience of successfully managing multiple, complex projects in a service delivery environment. Good computer skills including MS Office, MS Visio (or similar project management software) is required along with being competent in Prinz 2 methodology or similar. |
