Group Managing Director Ben Freeman started in the recruitment industry 12 years ago. Specialising in Construction and M & E Sales recruitment, Ben learnt his trade with Marcus Knightley where he spent 4 successful years. From here he started his own business, growing year on year and developing the company into a market leader in specialist vertical markets.
